JetCommerce is excited to announce the impending release of a connector to seamlessly connect the data streams between Shopify and JetCommerce’s proprietary omnichannel order management platform – EcommerceIQ.

This connector is the answer to many brands’ woes, as ecommerce managers struggle to keep track of multiple sales channels switching between marketplaces, social commerce, and direct-to-consumer dashboards to monitor their online business.

Slated to be released as early as January 2023, this connector enables the smooth flow of products, inventory, sales orders, returns, delivery updates, and all related data between EcommerceIQ and Shopify.

In their recent report by KPMG-HSBC JetCommerce was identified as one of the10 Leading Emerging Giants in Asia, in a report titled Emerging Giants in the Asia Pacific. The joint report studied 6,472 technology-focused start-ups with valuations of up to US$500 million in 12 key markets: Mainland China; India; Japan; Australia; China; South Korea; Hong Kong (SAR); Malaysia; Indonesia; Vietnam; Taiwan and Thailand.

The report cited that JetCommerce and its fellow emerging giants will make an enduring impact on the global business environment in the next 10 years by reshaping the way businesses operate and influencing how people manage their daily lives. The report cited two factors that are driving the Asia Pacific economy, which in turn are fuelling the growth of these companies: the rise of Asian economies as average incomes increases, and the increasing capability to deliver products and services with the support of digital technology.

Multichannel For All

In an additional 2022 milestone, JetCommerce signed a partnership with Canadian multinational ecommerce platform Shopify, as a Shopify Plus partner.

In talking about signing the Shopify partnership in a marketplace-dominant region, Mr. Paul added “Shopify gives brands full ownership of their online store and the relationship with their customers, while marketplaces give access to a broad general audience”.

“Brands having their own store is crucial for customer relationships, lifetime value, and branding. It also allows you to manage how you select to sell and market your products. The Challenge

Choosing JetCommerce

JetCommerce account management team was able to recognize a gap in the market and developed an innovative approach to enter a highly saturated market.

JetCommerce Indonesia announced today a strategic partnership with Turkish giant electronic seller Beko to grow its market and boost sales in Indonesia by building and managing Beko stores in leading marketplaces in Southeast Asia. This partnership aims to solidify Beko’s foothold in the Indonesian household electronics sector on major platforms: Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and BliBli.

Currently, Beko’s own online store offers products that include big and small household appliances, heating, and cooling products, as well as hygiene accessories, and gift certificates. JetCommerce is Southeast Asia’s largest and top-rated, end-to-end e-commerce enabler, with a key presence in Thailand, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines since 2013.

Riding the Indonesia eCommerce Growth Wave

“Indonesia is projected to become the largest online commerce market in the Southeast Asia Market over the next few years, which means that establishing a strong presence and awareness in this market has become more and more crucial. We believe that JetCommerce has the capability to help us streamline and boost our operations in Indonesia’s major e-commerce platforms so that our customers can now easily purchase our quality products online. A study by McKinsey revealed that 30 million Indonesians are adept at making online transactions, valued at at least $8 billion. The study foresees this market to grow to at least $40 billion by 2025.

JetCommerce: Committed to Client Service

Under this partnership, JetCommerce is responsible for establishing Beko’s ecommerce store on the Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and BliBli marketplaces; providing customer service; as well as managing store operations, and warehousing & fulfillment. More specifically, JetCommerce will set up the shop-in-shop by uploading content in the merchandise page. Using its deep expertise in seller center back-end setup, JetCommerce will also test Beko’s marketplace integration, synchronize the stock keeping units, manage inventory and sales orders, and keep track of sales order status.

Before the launch of the Beko stores on the respective platforms, the JetCommerce team will develop go-live scenarios and test all end-to-end ecommerce processes to ensure a seamless customer experience. On the administrative end, JetCommerce will oversee the API integration from the seller center and backend fulfillment department.

In terms of ongoing shop-in-shop management, Beko has entrusted JetCommerce with recommending and utilizing all marketplace features to maximize the store’s sales potential. Part of the daily operations that JetCommerce is expected to deliver is content management in Beko’s stores in the marketplaces. This includes stock keeping unit (SKU) and bundle set creation, uploading and categorizing merchandise content, managing and uploading marketing assets such as banners, and the creation of virtual merchandise bundles.

Under this partnership, JetCommerce broadcasts weekly live streams (4 streams per month) for the two brands.
